The ACE Space Deck is the latest development of the classic Nottingham Analogue Studio Space Deck. The latest Ace Space turntable has an increased platter and thickness as well as an improved bearing over its predecessors.

IT also uses lead impregnated steel in the arm board and the motor mount. With over twice the mass (and better resonance control) these two key platforms offer much more stable support and better overall sound quality.

The PH5 is a hybrid, utilizing a new high-gain, 5-JFET per channel, non-inverting input stage with constant-current stabilization and no overall feedback. New RIAA circuits are patterned after the Reference Phono, with passive high frequency and active low frequency equalization resulting in an improved margin of stability under the most demanding conditions. The non-inverting gain and output stages utilize four 6922 twin triodes.

Total gain has been increased to 57.5dB, more than sufficient for low output moving coil cartridges when partnered with an appropriate line-stage.

As with all German-Physiks loudspeakers the key feature of the HRS-120 is the use of our unique DDD driver. One of the most important advantages of the DDD driver is the very high speed with which it is able to respond to sudden changes in the music.

Having designed our perfect cabinet, we set about designing a new bass driver that would be the perfect match. The resulting system comprises a cabinet with an integrated Helmholtz resonator and a brand new bass driver, both of which we are proud to say are built in Germany. The perfect balance of these components produces a bass that is very fast and dynamic, as well as being extended and well controlled. It is never blurred or bloated, as is often found with large speakers and it is perfectly integrated with the output from the DDD driver.

Italian made single-ended integrated amplifier using one 845 vacuum tube per channel. Power rating is 25 watts in Pure Class A. Beautifully made and a feast for the eyes, this amplifier is the perfect introduction into ultra high end audio at a reasonable price.
