  • For local buyers, payment of pre-owned equipment is strictly by cash or cash cheque only.
  • Prices do not include local or overseas shipping or insurance.
  • Pre-owned audio equipment are provided in "as is" condition. Silbatone S.E.A. (which manages this website) shall ensure that the pre-owned equipment is in proper working conditions, prior to shipping or at the point of sale.
  • Prospective local buyers are welcomed to inspect the pre-owned equipment at our showrooms, but prior arrangement is required for inspection. Please contact us accordingly.
  • While all efforts shall be made to check pricing and other details of the pre-owned equipment and other products, inadvertent errors may occur from time to time. Silbatone S.E.A. reserves the right to decline sales orders and/or sales queries arising from such errors.
  • Availability of pre-owned equipment is based on a first-come-first-served basis. The online sale status of pre-owned equipment may not be updated in real-time. Please contact us for actual availability of interested pre-owned equipment.
  • Overseas customers who are interested to purchase the pre-owned equipment, please contact us to enquire about the prices in other foreign currencies and other details.
  • While utmost effort will be taken to pack the pre-owned equipment properly and securely, Silbatone S.E.A. will not be liable for damages due to external shipping and handling.
  • Overseas customers are to ensure that the purchased pre-owned equipment are sufficiently insured.
  • We can advise on relevant insurance charges, if required.
