The design of the AN-E Loudspeaker, follows an altogether different philosophy in contrast to conventional speakers. It calls for a cabinet that complements the chosen drive units, rather than fighting against them. Instead of trying to kill the resonances, we tailor the cabinet to place them in frequency bands where they aid and enhance the operation of the drive units, culminating in a loudspeaker system that makes the most of the preceding amplifier’s output.

The Leben RS-28CX tube preamplifier is equipped with the CR type equalizer based on GE(General Electric/USA) 12AT7 authorized by J.A.N.(Joint Army & Navy) standard of US Army, and can reproduce a very high quality and clear sound without adding any NFB.

To avoid compromising on sound quality ,one of the solutions we adapted to totally protect the sensitive CR type equalizer from negative effects was to develop a separate power supply unit.
Likewise, some of the finest available high-end audio components were selected for the RS28C to keep the deflection of the RIAA curve below +/-0.3%.

Of course, the phono equalizer is only one of the strengths of the RS28C. Another notable feature is a very strong output voltage created by the Dual-Triode Tube 6CG7 of General Electric(USA) used for the line stage. Leben further selected the best quality tubes out of these and constructed a powerful SRPP type amplification which can supply power amplifiers with a maximum 80V of clean output signal.
In considering the fact that output voltage of a standard preamplifier is more or less 40V, the RS28C can output about two times as much voltage, which will drive power amplifiers with very low input sensitivity.

This is one of the iconic tube preamplifiers from Japan, and highly sought after. Seldom seen on the 2nd hand market.

The LP2 is a dual-mono vacuum tube phono preamplifier with two electrically and mechanically separated channels. It features a topology that brings out the most natural sound performance in the audio path, as well as graceful and sophisticated design.

The most advanced technical solutions have been employed in the design of the LP2. The preamplifier utilizes single-ended pure class A high current topology, with no loop feedback (a very accurate passive RIAA EQ network is used). Its unique circuitry utilizes specially selected very low noise high trans-conductance 417A / 5842 vacuum tubes. Two separate inputs for MM and MC cartridges, together with the corresponding selector/gain switches, allow to employ various types of cartridges without the tiresome switching of cables. Audibly neutral power supply features a full-wave VACUUM rectifier with a choke-containing filter (two chokes are employed), and one solid-state low-voltage analogue non-switching regulator used as the heater supply.

In the deluxe version, the power supply stores more energy, all film capacitors in signal path are bypassed by polystyrene capacitors of the highest available quality, and a custom-designed massive damping panel significantly reduces all types of mechanical vibrations which, in turn, leads to a more extended,1 coherent and natural bass reproduction.
