Skogrand SC Air interconnect cables boast “twisted pure solid copper leads suspended in air” sleeved in braided polyurethane. Along the entire length of the cables sit discrete balsa wood elements which operate as spacers and dampers.

Factory terminated with rhodium-plated RCAs on both ends. In excellent condition. 2m pair is also available at slightly higher cost.

Tellurium Ultra Black is the cable they wanted to make from day one. TQ told their UK distributor what to expect as they handed them a prototype that looked more like a fireman's hose and less like a sonic phenomena. They glanced at the heavy, stiff and it has to be said ugly brown experiment. "Yes, well we will give it a go and take it to a few dealers to see what they think". Later that day Tellurium got a phone call from their disbelieving UK distributors at Kog Audio, "what the hell is in it? We've never heard anything like this!".

That may be the reason that although their little company has only just appeared on the HiFi scene, they have immediately been awarded 5 Globes for an entire speaker cable range, awarded cables of the year for the ENTIRE cable range by HiFi Plus magazine and again product of the year by HIFi World in their Jan 2011 edition. The Black Diamond XLR uses Tellurium's own TeCu connector and is the most natural sounding cable in the range, which is saying something. The AN-S3 is a passive device, designed to convert the mainly current output of your Moving Coil cartridge (MC) to a higher voltage, low current signal of sufficient strength to allow a Moving Magnet (MM) phono stage to amplify it to a suitable level.

​The internal transformers used in the AN-S3 are manufactured by Audio Note (UK) exclusively. Each transformer is made from 0.1mm laminated super mumetal 250 and wound with 99.99% pure copper wire. Each Transformer is then housed in a mumetal screening canister to minimize noise and interference.

The Audio Note M2 RIAA Phonostage builds on the strengths of the M1 model by adding a valve power supply. The unit is based around an all-tube phono and equalisation circuit, which uses one ECC83 and one 6DJ8 valve. The power supply is carefully designed and uses a 6X5 tube for rectification and an ECL82 for voltage stabilisation. Internal signal wiring is in high-purity copper and the output is capacitor coupled. The casework and internal layout has been designed with great care to effectively eliminate interference and hum.

The Seven Phono stage can be upgraded to the Reference specification to further improve the musical performance from your valuable record collection. Graham painstakingly sources truly unique resistors that in such a simple circuit really bring out a richer and more intimate performance from the artist. We also upgraded the capacitors to a custom specification to work in harmony with the improved resistors; as in most development activities changing one thing in isolation hardly ever results in a balanced improvement. Graham says "it never ceases to amaze me how improving one component can impact the music in such a significant way, and also how long it takes to find the right combination to retain true harmony."
