The Raidho Acoustics D-3 is a true 3-way Raidho Diamond Driver loudspeaker. It has a dedicated 100 mm Diamond mid-range and three 115 mm Diamond bass drivers.

The D-3 is an extreme performer and is for those who really enjoy spending time and effort setting up their system and finding matching components.

With the introduction of the Phono III, Doug Hurlburt has continued his practice of setting new, and ever higher bars, for this class of audio component.

The breadth of the Phono III features speaks for themselves:

*Supports up to three different tonearm/cartridge combinations using either unbalanced, or fully balanced inputs.
*Simple selection of Moving Coil or Moving Magnet loading for each input.
*Gain steps of: 40dB, 46dB, 50dB, 56dB, 60dB, 66dB with 0.2dB accuracy.
*The gain settings for each input are stored in memory and are loaded on input selection. Gain can also be set from the remote control.
*Moving Coil loading resistance adjustable in 10 ohm increments from 10 ohms to 2550 ohms for each input for a total of 255 distinct settings.

Listed as one of the 12 most significant speakers of all time (the absolute sound September 18th 2010) states that the Rogers LS3/5a offers a: “startling realistic vocal reproduction and a remarkably expansive and box-less sound picture”. This true mono cartridge features a nude elliptical r/R 8/18µm stylus that is a good solution for playing mono microgroove vinyl records. The Quintet Mono will track perfectly through even worn and damaged records and ensure the surface noise control.

Quintet Mono uses a strapped output to deliver the same output signal from both sets of pole pins. This effectively eliminates the need for mono-specific equipment, making it possible to enjoy true mono reproduction on any stereo playback system.

The Mavros XLR uses the very highest quality ‘6N’ (99.99997% purity) copper manufactured using the OCC ‘Ohno Continuous Cast’ technique. In the manufacture of Mavros, we maximise the copper’s conductivity by ensuring that there is typically one grain in approximately 125 metres of conductor, allowing the signal a continuous unbroken path –in practice, the signal has a faster, cleaner and more direct path to follow.

The cable consists of a pair of conductors, each made up from six bundles of 12 multi-conductor wires, plus a thicker centre wire. This in turn is covered by a continuous copper/Mylar™ electrostatic screen with copper shielding braid, ensuring minimal susceptibility to RF interference and noise.

Atlas use cold-weld terminations wherever possible, including our current generation ‘dark Chrome’ XLR connectors. By reducing the number of materials and break points in the signal path, our objective is to minimise discontinuity and loss in the signal path, resulting in more consistent construction and improved audio performance.

The Entreq range of ground boxes are designed to remove noise and pollutants present in the signal path.
